Montana Vicks is a professional food service & operations manager as well as a culinary chef. With a culinary background beginning from adolescence throughout his career in the military and finally landing in the kitchens of some of the country’s private universities and retail companies.
His passion for food and experience has led him to travel and work in places like Afghanistan, Iraq, California, Indiana, Wisconsin, Texas, New York, and finally Georgia where he has replanted his roots into Southern Cuisine hoping to bring his talents to your table.
In addition to his commercial work, he’s also currently spreading his talents for food preparation, cooking, safety, and etiquette techniques via Social Media bringing his wealth of knowledge to your fingertips.
